Flexi is a support system that can be tailored to our customers needs. Flexi support provide you with an agreed amount of support hours per month.
1 support hour covers, remote support and on-site support, telephone support is free of charge.
In the event of a problem we will respond to calls logged by you within two hours. Should the problem remain unsolved from this initial action, we will then arrange for an engineer to be at your site at a mutually agreeable time, from there we will undertake to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Time spent on telephone support calls or on-site will be deducted from the 8 hours monthly support. Travel time within the M25 will be free of charge. However, any extended journey times will be deducted from the total monthly support `Any unused time, over 2 hours, may be utilised on-site to carry out preventative maintenance, system training or implementation of new hardware/software, as mentioned above.
Our support hours are between 9.00am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
